Attending Clients

Greet walk-in customers warmly as they enter the shop and ensure they receive prompt attention.

Answering Client Queries

Listen to customer needs, answer questions regarding our products or services, and provide helpful information.

Assisting with Bookings

Help clients schedule slots, fill out booking details, or process orders using our store system or digital devices.

Shop Upkeep

Keep the counter and client area neat, clean, and presentable throughout the shift.

Requirements & Skills

Communication

Good communication skills in English along with conversational Kannada or Hindi to easily assist local clients.

Tech Savvy

Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or basic computer interface to manage client bookings.

Attributes

Polite, punctual, patient, and professional when interacting with the public.
