Job Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.

Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Train and guide team members on sales techniques and customer handling.

Handle important clients and support the team in closing deals.

Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure proper follow-up.

Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Ensure the team follows company sales processes and policies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.

Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Target-orientated and self-motivated.

Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of local real estate markets will be an advantage.
