Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.

Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related concerns.

Handle queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information and guidance.

Maintain professional, polite, and customer-focused communication.

Communicate effectively in English during customer interactions.

Follow process guidelines, company policies, and customer service standards.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum Qualification

12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience

0–5 years.

Age

18–30 years.

Language

English proficiency is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Customer-focused and professional approach.

Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Willingness to work according to business and process requirements.
