KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage client portfolios and transaction records

Process mutual fund investments and SIP-related updates

Maintain KYC, FATCA & proposal documentation

Monitor transaction status and confirmations

Handle exception and invalid order reports

Coordinate with AMCs for transaction-related activities

Support client onboarding through BSE platforms

Maintain and update mutual fund databases

Handle non-financial transactions and MF Central activities

Generate monthly invoices across AMCs

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth MF operations

Support compliance requirements and timely issue resolution

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of experience in Mutual Fund / Financial Services
• Strong understanding of Mutual Fund Operations
• Knowledge of BSE Star MF, CAMS Edge 360 & KFintech
• Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good time-management and organisational skills
• NISM Series V-A certification preferred

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
