Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and skilled Barista + Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and cocktails/mocktails while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Barista Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, tea, cold beverages, and specialty drinks.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.

Maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, ingredients, and disposables.

Follow standard recipes and portion controls.

Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and hygienic.

Guest Service

Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional service.

Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Understand guest preferences and make suitable recommendations.

Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.

Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Operational Responsibilities

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Monitor inventory and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.

Assist with receiving and storing beverage supplies.

Maintain accurate billing and cash/card handling where required.

Support the wider restaurant/café team during busy periods.

Follow company SOPs and grooming standards.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, Mixologist, or in a similar F&B role preferred.

Good knowledge of coffee preparation and/or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good personal hygiene and professional grooming.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Basic knowledge of inventory, portion control, and beverage costing is an advantage.
