Job Summary

We are looking for a Traffic Executive with experience in trailer placement and transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for arranging vehicles, coordinating with transporters and drivers, tracking vehicle movements, and ensuring timely placement and delivery as per customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Arrange and place trailers/vehicles as per customer requirements.

Coordinate with transporters, brokers, drivers, and customers for vehicle placement and dispatch.

Track vehicles and ensure timely loading and unloading.

Follow up with drivers regarding vehicle status, transit updates, and POD collection.

Maintain daily records of vehicle placement, dispatches, and deliveries.

Handle route planning and optimize vehicle utilization.

Resolve operational issues related to vehicle placement and movement.

Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transportation requirements.

Monitor market availability of vehicles and freight opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of trailer placement and transportation operations.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to coordinate with drivers, transporters, and customers.

Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems and GPS monitoring.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, or trailer operations.

Preferred Experience

Experience in trailer placement, container movement, fleet operations, or transportation coordination.

Experience working with logistics, transport, or 3PL companies.

On-time dispatch and delivery.

Customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Reduction in placement delays and operational escalations.

Pay
