About this job

Making Calls: Contact new prospects (outbound calling) or answer incoming inquiries (inbound calling).
Pitching Products: Explain features, benefits, and special offers of goods or services.
Closing Sales: Negotiate prices, handle objections, and secure purchases or bookings.
Managing Data: Record customer details, call outcomes, and sales pipelines in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Following Up: Check in with buyers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and find cross-selling or upselling opportunities
