Sales Manger

Transopedia (Sonpra Tech Pvt Ltd) is hiring a Sales Manager to drive business growth and develop new client relationships in the transport and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and business opportunities.

Acquire new clients and build long-term relationships.

Handle B2B sales, follow-ups and negotiations.

Connect with transporters, fleet owners and logistics businesses.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business.

Maintain sales reports and follow up on leads.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Sales/B2B Sales preferred.

Experience in Transport, Logistics or related industry will be an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong lead generation and client-handling skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Comfortable with field/phone-based sales activities.
