Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.

Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults and equipment failures.

Carry out repair, replacement, fitting, alignment, and installation of mechanical components.

Inspect machinery regularly and identify potential maintenance issues.

Maintain pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, motors, and other mechanical equipment.

Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Coordinate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime.

Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Required Qualification & Experience

ITI in Mechanical Trade from a recognized institute.

Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.

Experience in industrial/plant maintenance will be preferred.

Good knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment, and maintenance practices.

Basic understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and carry out repairs safely.
