Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Patient Care Manager / Clinic In-Charge to handle patient coordination, clinic operations, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and follow-up calls to patients and leads.

Counsel and convince patients regarding treatments and services.

Generate business and contribute to clinic sales targets.

Coordinate appointments and manage patient scheduling.

Ensure a smooth patient experience from inquiry to treatment.

Handle daily clinic operations and front-office activities.

Maintain patient records and follow-up database.

Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for seamless operations.

Resolve patient queries and provide excellent customer service.

Support marketing and promotional activities to increase clinic footfall.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).

1–3 years of experience in patient counseling, clinic management, sales, or customer relationship management.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
