Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Banking Voice Process in Noida.

The role involves handling customer interactions through international voice support and providing accurate and professional resolutions while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Minimum 6 months of International BPO Voice experience is mandatory.

Candidates with only Domestic BPO or non-BPO experience will not be considered.

Strong verbal English communication with C1-level proficiency.

Good grammar, fluency and customer-handling skills.

British English fluency is preferred.

Candidates with both International Voice and Chat experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through international voice support.

Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

Maintain clear, professional and effective communication.

Demonstrate empathy while handling customer concerns.

Provide accurate resolutions while maintaining customer service standards.

Follow quality, process and compliance guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and required follow-ups.

Salary

6–12 months experience: ₹29,000–₹33,000 In-Hand + ₹33,000–₹37,000 after training

13–24 months experience: ₹33,000–₹36,000 In-Hand + ₹37,000–₹41,000 after training

24+ months experience: Up to ₹39,000 + ₹44,000 after training

Salary will be offered based on relevant experience, previous salary and interview performance, subject to company norms.

Other Requirements

Immediate joiners and candidates with 0–5 days notice period are preferred.

Hiring zone

Candidates residing within 30 km of Noida.

Uttam Nagar and Dwarka are excluded from the hiring/cab zone.

Cab facility is available within the applicable 30 km zone, subject to company policies.

Candidates already residing in or around Noida will be preferred.

Candidates willing to relocate to Noida may not be preferred.

Pay

₹29,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
