SALARY
6–12 Months: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
12–18 Months: Up to ₹5 LPA
18+ Months: Up to ₹6 LPA
Maximum 25% hike on last drawn salary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound & outbound voice interactions
Resolve customer queries, complaints & basic technical issues
Troubleshoot issues using knowledge bases
Document interactions in CRM/ticketing tools
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Maintain customer empathy & service quality
Meet AHT, CSAT, FCR, Quality & Attendance targets
Handle approximately 40–50 calls per shift
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 Months Experience
- Customer Care / Customer Support / Contact Center experience
- Excellent English communication
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Basic computer & CRM/ticketing knowledge
- Basic typing skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Willing to work on Indian holidays
