As a Telesales Executive, you’ll connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain our products or services, and convert genuine enquiries into sales.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Product & Service Explanation
- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions.
- Lead Follow-up
- Follow up with interested customers and move leads towards closure.
- Sales Conversion
- Build customer relationships and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Lead Management
- Maintain accurate lead details and update call status regularly.
- Target Achievement
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship
- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
What We’re Looking For
12th pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales or telesales experience is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
