Job Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene in the office.
Handle office errands and outside work as required.
Deliver and collect documents, files, and other office materials.
Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing.
Support the HR/Admin team with day-to-day office tasks.
Purchase basic office supplies when required.
Ensure the office is organized and properly maintained.
