Store In-charge

Aurionpro Toshi Automatic Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Store Incharge who is from Ghaziabad and an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate stock records of all materials and consumables.

Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to avoid shortages.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.

Receive incoming materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.

Verify quantity, condition, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with Quality and Purchase departments for inspection and acceptance.

Issue materials only against approved requisitions.

Maintain records of material movement and consumption.

Coordinate dispatch of finished goods/materials as per requirements.

Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, Stock Registers, Gate Passes, and other store-related records.

Update ERP/software/manual records on Tally

Ensure proper filing and retrieval of store documents.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
