Responsibilities
Handle Continental & café hot-kitchen operations.
Prepare pasta, risotto, sandwiches, panini, wraps, salads, soups & main courses.
Maintain taste, presentation, portion control and consistency.
Manage mise-en-place, inventory and kitchen hygiene.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Handle busy service efficiently and minimize wastage.
