Job Description

CADD International and KAYDENZ, in association with BIM Channel, Dubai, are looking for enthusiastic architects and engineers to join our Kochi branch.

This role combines practical BIM training, project assignments, and professional development, with opportunities to progress into international BIM project roles.

Freshers Are Welcome

Fresh architects and engineers with basic Revit knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Previous teaching experience is not essential for freshers. Selected candidates will receive guidance to develop their technical skills, project knowledge, and teaching abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver practical BIM and Revit training within your discipline.

Guide students through modelling exercises and project assignments.

Develop BIM models and support project activities.

Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.

Coordinate with senior mentors to maintain training quality.

Develop your knowledge of BIM standards, coordination, and international project workflows.

Training and Career Opportunities

Candidate Requirements

Qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Revit knowledge relevant to your discipline.

Good communication skills and an interest in teaching.

Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively.

BIM project experience and Navisworks knowledge are advantages.
