Tele Sales Executive (Malayalam Speaking)
IndiaZone is looking for Tele Sales Executives to contact businesses, introduce our platform services, and support subscription and promotional visibility sales through phone-based communication.
Key Responsibilities
Contact business owners and introduce IndiaZone platform services
Explain subscription plans and promotional opportunities
Follow up with interested clients and maintain call records
Share service details through WhatsApp and email when required
Coordinate with the internal team for client activation support
Maintain daily call and follow-up reports
Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory)
Basic English communication preferred
Comfortable speaking with business owners over phone
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and computer usage
Prior tele sales or customer interaction experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Preferred Background
Experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer support roles
Experience explaining digital services or business platforms
