Property Manager – Hotel/Serviced Apartment

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage day-to-day property operations, staff and guest services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise property staff and daily operations

Handle guest requirements and complaints

Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and vendors

Monitor staff discipline, hygiene and service quality

Manage inventory and control property expenses

Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of the property

Prepare regular reports and coordinate with management

Must-Have

Relevant experience in Hotel / Hospitality / Serviced Apartment

Strong team handling and leadership skills

Good guest handling and communication skills

Good problem-solving and decision-making ability

Experience in vendor and maintenance coordination

Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting

Preferred

Candidates with experience managing a complete property independently will be preferred.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
