Customer Care & E-commerce Executive – Zing

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages & queries.

Manage returns, exchanges and complaints.

Coordinate with courier/logistics teams for delivery issues.

List new products on the website — images, descriptions, pricing, sizes & stock.

Update website products, inventory and offers.

Coordinate with production, inventory & fulfilment teams.

Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations and follow-ups.

Support other operational tasks as required.

Requirements: Excellent English communication is mandatory. Basic computer/Excel knowledge, attention to detail and multitasking skills. E-commerce/customer service experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
