Brand Coordinator – AfterHours Club

AfterHours Club is an upcoming streetwear clothing brand preparing to launch its first collection. We’re looking for an organised, hands-on Brand Coordinator to help keep the work moving from design development through to launch.

You’ll work directly with the founder and designer. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys fashion, communicates clearly and is comfortable following up with different people to get things done.

Responsibilities

Maintain task lists and timelines for the first collection and launch.

Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, printers and other vendors.

Track samples, changes, approvals and production updates.

Help organise photoshoots, packaging, product details and website listings.

Keep clear records of samples, inventory and vendor information.

Flag delays or issues early and follow through on next steps.

What we’re looking for

Good communication, organisation and follow-up skills.

Confidence using spreadsheets to track work.

Interest in fashion, streetwear or building a new brand.

Ability to manage different tasks and work closely with a small team.

Experience in fashion, production coordination, brand operations or e-commerce is helpful, but not required.
