About the Role

Green Farm Collective Private Limited is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling enquiries, making follow-up calls, and supporting customer engagement and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads.

Follow up with existing and prospective customers.

Explain company products and services clearly.

Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information.

Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and customer details.

Follow up with leads and support the sales team.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
