Neofair Salons is looking for a Data Scientist to turn business and customer data into useful insights that support smarter decisions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer, sales, marketing, and business data

Identify trends and opportunities for business growth

Build dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights

Develop predictive models to support business decisions

Measure marketing and customer acquisition performance

Work with management to solve business problems using data

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Python and SQL

Understanding of statistics and data analysis

Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modelling

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate data insights clearly
