JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for CNC Operators to support machining and production activities. Freshers with a Mechanical Engineering or related qualification can apply. The role involves operating CNC machines, basic inspection, following production instructions, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate CNC machines according to production requirements.

Load and unload components and materials.

Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.

Monitor machining operations during production.

Perform basic dimensional checks on machined components.

Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.

Identify basic machining or dimensional issues and report them to the supervisor.

Assist senior operators with machine operation and production activities.

Follow prescribed machining parameters and safety procedures.

Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace housekeeping.

Report machine abnormalities and quality issues.

Work according to assigned production schedules and shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical qualification.

Freshers are eligible.

Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and machining concepts.

Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.

Basic knowledge of dimensional measurement.

Familiarity with Vernier Caliper and Micrometer is preferred.

Good attention to accuracy and quality.

Willingness to learn CNC operation and manufacturing processes.

Willingness to work in a production/machining environment.
