Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Manager based in Indore. The intern will assist in promoting Propergram’s products, engaging with customers in-store and at events, and explaining the benefits of the Power-Cookedᵀᴹ method in a clear and customer-friendly way. Daily tasks include supporting sales activities, responding to customer inquiries, gathering feedback, and contributing to basic marketing initiatives such as product presentations and local outreach. The intern may also help train team members on product features and customer interaction techniques, while maintaining accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• > Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain product benefits, interact with diverse customers, and collaborate with team members.
• > Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a positive on-site experience.
• > Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify customer needs, present solutions, and support closing sales.
• > Candidates should possess training and sales management skills to assist in onboarding team members and organizing basic sales activities.
• > Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in health and nutrition, ability to work on-site in Indore, basic understanding of marketing principles, and comfort with maintaining simple reports or spreadsheets.
• > Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or business is an advantage but not mandatory.
• > Preferably from a Tier 1 college
• > Compensation will be based on the performance
• > Should reside or open to work from Indore, India
• > Immediate joining
