Sales Coordinator Manager (Manufacturing industries)

The Sales Coordination Manager will be responsible for managing the complete sales coordination and order management process, including enquiry handling, offer/quotation preparation, commercial coordination, customer follow-up, order execution, internal coordination and sales MIS.

The position will act as an important link between customers, Sales, Costing, PPC, Production, QA/QC, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts and Management to ensure timely and efficient execution of customer requirements.

Enquiry & Sales Coordination

Receive and coordinate customer enquiries received through Sales, email, phone and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned Sales Manager.

Maintain an updated Enquiry Tracker and follow up on pending enquiries.

Coordinate with internal departments for technical, commercial and delivery-related requirements.

Ensure timely response to customer requirements.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
