E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across leading online marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, TataCliq, and Nykaa Fashion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations of online sales channels, product listings, content enhancement, store upkeep, ad campaigns, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

Oversee end-to-end operations for marketplaces – Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, TataCliq, and Nykaa Fashion.

Product Listing

Upload new products with detailed descriptions, keywords, pricing, and specifications.

A+ Content & Cataloging: Create visually appealing and SEO-friendly A+ content to enhance product visibility and conversion.

Inventory Coordination

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Order Processing

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, track returns, replacements, and customer escalations.

Advertisement Panel Management: Run and optimize ads (sponsored listings, banner ads, etc.) across platforms to maximize ROI.

Performance Analysis

Track sales data, product performance, and competitor analysis to suggest actionable insights.

Storefront Maintenance

Regularly update and maintain brand store pages on each platform in line with seasonal and promotional campaigns.

Platform Compliance

Stay updated with changing policies of each marketplace and ensure brand/store is in compliance.

Requirements

1–3 years of proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle segment.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and panels of Myntra, AJIO, TataCliq, Nykaa Fashion.

Strong knowledge of listing tools, keyword optimization, and e-commerce analytics.

Experience with A+ content creation and Photoshop/Canva is a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
