Outbound Marketing Executive

We are looking for Outbound Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent college graduate who has strong English communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, and is interested in building a career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our products/services.

Identify potential leads through calling, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our solutions.

Qualify leads based on business requirements and interest level.

Schedule meetings or product demos for qualified prospects.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers.

Consistently achieve daily and monthly outreach and lead-generation goals.

Requirements

Fresh graduates / college pass-outs are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.

Prior internship or experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
