Experience

1-3 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations or MIS reporting Prior experience in the jewellery, retail or manufacturing industry is preferred Roles

Enter, update and maintain accurate data related to stock, sales, orders, purchases and billing Maintain daily records of jewellery inventory, including item codes, weights and quantities Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports with management Verify and cross-check data against source documents to ensure accuracy Track and reconcile stock movement between departments, vendors and showrooms Maintain and update Excel sheets, trackers and databases Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams to resolve them Ensure data confidentiality and maintain proper filing, both physical and digital Support management with data analysis and ad hoc reporting requirements Coordinate with accounts, sales and production teams for timely data updates Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA or BCA preferred) Certification or diploma in computer applications or MS Office is an added advantage
