Tele caller - Loan

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products.

Understand customers’ financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and process clearly.

Generate leads through calling and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into customers.

Coordinate with the sales/loan processing team for further documentation and processing.

Update customer details, call records, and lead status in the CRM/system.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the loan process.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of loan/financial products.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

Ability to handle customer queries and objections.

Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Basic computer knowledge.
