We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive – International Process

Leading MNC

Mansarovar, Jaipur

₹27,000 – ₹33,000 CTC + Performance Incentives + Travel allowance

5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

What you'll do

Handle inbound calls from US-based customers

Resolve queries related to orders, billing, payments & account services

Deliver exceptional customer support with a customer-first approach

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

You should have

Freshers Graduates with Excellent English Communication may also apply

Graduates & Undergraduates are eligible

Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills

Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Immediate Joiners Preferred
