Odoo Functional Consultant – Fresher Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and technically inclined Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. This is a fresher-level opportunity for candidates who have strong English communication skills, good logical thinking, and a basic understanding of programming/coding.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients, understanding business requirements, and working closely with technical teams to deliver Odoo solutions.

What You'll Do

• Learn and understand Odoo ERP, its modules, and business processes.
• Communicate confidently with clients to understand, analyze, and document their requirements.
• Understand client workflows and identify suitable Odoo solutions.
• Assist with Odoo configuration, implementation, testing, and functional support.
• Coordinate with developers and the technical team to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Perform basic functional testing and help identify and communicate issues clearly.
• Participate in requirement discussions, demos, and client meetings.
• Learn basic Odoo customization concepts and understand how functional requirements are implemented technically.
• Continuously develop knowledge of ERP, business processes, and Odoo best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills – Must have.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with clients and explaining requirements/solutions.
• Basic programming/coding knowledge is required – Python, JavaScript, SQL, or any similar programming language is an advantage.
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals such as variables, conditions, loops, functions, and basic database concepts.
• Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into clear functional/technical requirements.
• Willingness to learn Odoo ERP, business processes, and technical concepts.
• Ability to work effectively with both clients and technical/development teams.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in ERP consulting and Odoo implementation.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

• Fresher / 0–1 year experience
• Odoo experience is not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Candidates with basic programming knowledge or academic/personal coding projects are encouraged to apply.

Pay
