Job Purpose

To support day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, receivables, statutory compliance, and financial data preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales \& Purchase Accounting
• Prepare and generate Sales Invoices, Credit Notes (CN), and Debit Notes (DN).
• Process and verify Purchase Invoices.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Accounts Receivable
• Maintain customer receivable records.
• Track outstanding payments and prepare receivable reports.
• Support follow-up and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• GST \& TDS
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS provisions.
• Assist in GST/TDS data preparation and compliance activities.
• Maintain supporting documents and records.
• Data Preparation \& Filing
• Prepare accounting and financial data for monthly/quarterly requirements.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in reconciliation and other routine accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of GST \& TDS.
• MS Excel and accounting software knowledge.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and develop accounting skills.

Pay

₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
