The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage office documentation and daily administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage daily back office operations and administrative activities. Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation. Handle data entry and maintain accurate information in Excel and other office software. Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations. Handle emails, phone calls, and routine office communication. Maintain proper records of candidates, clients, and company-related information. Support the HR and recruitment team in day-to-day activities. Perform other general office and back office duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification

12th Pass / Graduate preferred

. Basic knowledge of

MS Office,

MS Excel,

and computer operations

. Good communication
