Job Responsibilities

• Complete management of pharma godown/warehouse operations
• Inward and outward stock management
• Proper stock entry and physical stock verification
• Batch-wise and expiry-wise inventory management
• Follow FEFO/FIFO system
• Picking, packing and dispatch of orders
• Maintain proper godown records and documentation
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase and Accounts teams
• Check shortage, damage, expiry and stock discrepancies
• Maintain separate/identified area for expired, damaged and returned products
• Ensure proper cleanliness and systematic arrangement of stock
• Manage loading/unloading and godown staff
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods

Candidate Requirements

• PCD Pharma / Pharmaceutical / C\&F experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Godown/Warehouse experience
• Good knowledge of stock, batch \& expiry management
• Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel
• Experience in pharma warehouse/godown operations will be an advantage
• Responsible, disciplined and capable of handling stock independently

Job Location: Lucknow

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month, depending on experience
