About Us

Dr. Lubna Kamal is a Homeopathic Nephrologist dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to kidney patients. We are looking for a friendly and patient-focused Medical Telecaller to strengthen patient communication and support.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact new patients and provide information regarding clinic services and appointments.
• Follow up with patients who have missed or are due for consultations.
• Conduct patient satisfaction and feedback calls.
• Remind patients about appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and patient responses.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient care.
• Handle patient queries politely and direct medical questions to the concerned healthcare team.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
• Polite, empathetic, and professional behavior.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in telecalling, healthcare, or patient coordination is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
