Handle daily postings and manage engagement on the company’s social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). Communicate politely and promptly with B2B clients, assisting them with product inquiries, order updates, and tracking details. Draft basic promotional messages and assist with daily e-commerce and digital marketing workflows.
