Job Title: IT Administrator - Website & App Developer (Maintenance & Upgradation) Company: SPEQ Research / Groen Research Solutions LLP Location: Bangalore - Work From Office Job Type: Full Time About Us: We are a growing Research analyst company looking for a responsible IT Admin cum Developer to manage, maintain and upgrade our websites and mobile applications. Role Overview: Your role will be to ensure smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, websites and apps, handle day to day technical issues, and work on regular upgradation and new feature development. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain company websites (WordPress / Custom) and mobile apps - Regular upgradation, bug fixing, security patches and performance optimization - Handle domain, hosting, cPanel, server management and backups - Manage Google Workspace, emails, systems, network and IT assets - Coordinate with design, content and marketing teams for tech updates - Ensure website/app is live, fast and secure at all times - Provide technical support to internal team and handle urgent issues - Maintain data security and confidentiality Requirements: - Proven experience as IT Admin / Web Developer / App Developer - Hands-on experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, MySQL - Knowledge of App maintenance - Android / iOS / Flutter / React Native will be preferred - Familiarity with hosting, server management, APIs, Play Console - Basic knowledge of SEO, website speed optimization - Ability to solve technical problems quickly - Excellent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory - Immediate joiner preferred Education: BCA / MCA / B.Tech / Diploma in IT / Computer Science or relevant field What We Offer: - Friendly work environment - Growth opportunity - Fixed salary + performance benefits
