KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMake 150+ outbound call attempts daily. Communicate professionally with students and parents. Understand marks, course, budget, location and college preferences. Explain courses, colleges, fees, scholarships, hostel facilities and admission procedures. Handle calls and WhatsApp follow-ups. Identify serious prospects and transfer qualified leads to the closing team. Schedule counselling sessions, office appointments and campus visits. Update lead details and follow-ups correctly in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets. LANGUAGE PRIORITY Tamil | Hindi | Malayalam Speakers Candidates who speak two or more languages will be given priority. Basic English communication is preferred.
