Telecalling Executive Location: 80 Feet Ring Rd, A D Halli, 2nd Stage, KHB Colony, Basaveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560079 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year Gender: Female candidates preferred Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and prospective clients. Explain products/services and provide accurate information. Follow up with leads and interested customers. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance. Maintain call records and update customer information. Generate leads and support the sales team when required. Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets. Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers. RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role . Female candidates preferred. Good verbal communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records. Professional and confident personality.
