Sales Consultant – Solar & EV Charging

About the job: SOLAR CONNECT is hiring Sales Consultants for our Solar EPC and EV Charging divisions. You will meet customers, explain our products, and close deals. We train you on technical basics — you bring the drive. Your work will include: Visit customers and explain solar/EV charging options Convert leads to sales and meet monthly targets Update CRM after every visit and follow-up Coordinate with the projects team after deal closure We are looking for: 1–4 years field sales experience (solar, electrical, FMCG, real estate — any background) Good communication in Malayalam Own two-wheeler preferred Target-driven and comfortable with daily field visits Perks: Fixed salary + incentive on every closure Sales training provided Growth to Senior Consultant → BDM
