- Designation: Sales Officer Trainee
- Compensation: ₹6,00,000 LPA (No variable pay)
- Additional Benefits: Mobile reimbursement and travel allowance as per company policy Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in Field Sales.
- Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
- Conduct market visits and manage dealer/distributor relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong market relationships. Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Only 2026 passouts with degrees in BBA, BCA, or B.Com.
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 70% with no backlogs.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year.
- Must know how to ride a two-wheeler.
- Genuine interest and aptitude for field sales.
- Good communication skills in both English and regional languages.
- Self-driven, target-oriented nature.
- Willingness to travel anywhere within the assigned region.
