Project Manager – Solar EPC

About the job: Senior operations role at SOLAR CONNECT. You will own project delivery end-to-end — from sales handover to KSEB net metering — across 30–45 projects per month. Direct reporting to the Managing Partner. Your work will include: Plan, schedule, and monitor all active solar projects Allocate engineers and supervisors across sites Coordinate KSEB inspections, MNRE compliance, and vendor/subcontractor work Track project cost vs. budget and report weekly to management Handle post-installation escalations with the Service team We are looking for: B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering 5–10 years in Solar EPC or electrical project management Experience managing 10+ concurrent projects Kerala regulatory knowledge (KSEB, ANERT, PM Surya Ghar) strongly preferred ERPNext or ERP experience is an advantage Perks: Senior role with direct access to the Managing Partner One of Kerala's highest-volume rooftop solar EPC companies Competitive CTC based on experience
