Graphic Design & UI/UX Mentor Job Description: Branzone Design School is looking for a skilled and passionate "Graphic Design & UI/UX Mentor" to train, guide, and mentor students in graphic design, UI/UX, and industry-relevant design tools. Mentor Responsibilities

• Conduct regular classes, practical sessions, and workshops.
• Mentor students throughout their learning journey and track their progress.
• Provide individual guidance based on each student’s skill level and learning needs.
• Review assignments, projects, and portfolios and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify student skill gaps and provide appropriate guidance for improvement.
• Encourage students to develop creativity, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Guide students in building professional portfolios and industry-ready projects.
• Support students with interview preparation and career guidance.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging learning environment.
• Communicate student progress and concerns with the academic/HR team when required. Technical Responsibilities
• Train students in "Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Figma".
• Teach graphic design fundamentals, branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Train students in UI/UX fundamentals, wireframing, user flows, prototyping, and basic design systems.
• Guide students through real-world design projects and practical assignments.
• Keep training content aligned with current industry practices and design trends. Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in "Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Figma".
• Good understanding of UI/UX design workflows and tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and conduct practical demonstrations.
• Strong portfolio with relevant design work.
• Industry experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Branding, or Visual Communication is preferred.
