Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer – to supervise and manage residential construction activities from foundation to finishing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, drawings, manpower coordination, and construction materials. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily residential construction activities at project sites. Monitor construction work from foundation to finishing as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure proper execution of RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing works . Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Check dimensions, levels, alignment, reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete works. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, architects, and consultants. Monitor manpower, materials, work progress, and site requirements. Identify and resolve technical and site execution issues. Ensure construction quality and minimize rework and material wastage. Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, site records, and material requirements. Coordinate inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed. Follow project safety standards and ensure safe working practices at site. Track project milestones and support timely completion of assigned activities.
