Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.

Assist clients throughout the research publication process and provide timely updates on ongoing projects.

Ensure high client satisfaction by resolving queries and providing effective solutions.

Coordinate with editorial and internal teams to facilitate smooth publication workflows.

Conduct quality checks on research articles, review papers, books, and other academic content.

Inform clients about publication services and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Negotiate service offerings while maintaining long-term professional relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Postgraduate/Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or related disciplines preferred.

Candidates with knowledge or exposure to research publication, academic journals, dissertations, or scientific writing will have an added advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Good interpersonal, organizational, and client-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced professional environment.
