Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Import & Export Documentation to support our logistics and international trade operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining import/export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation for shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain import & export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, etc.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines and courier agencies.

Support documentation for import/export shipments and customs clearance.

Track shipment status and coordinate for timely dispatch and delivery.

Maintain proper records of shipping documents, purchase/import documents and export files.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Warehouse and Production for required documents.

Check documents for accuracy and ensure timely submission to concerned parties.

Assist in preparing reports related to imports, exports and shipments.

Maintain systematic physical and digital documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Import/Export Documentation, Logistics or Shipping.

Basic knowledge of EXIM processes, customs documentation and logistics coordination.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Candidates from manufacturing / chemical / fragrance & flavour / FMCG industries will be preferred.

Pay
Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
