Office Runner

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Office Runner to handle day-to-day outdoor tasks and errands on behalf of the company. The candidate must own a bike and be comfortable travelling across the city for official work during office hours.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and collect documents, letters, packages, and materials to and from clients, government offices, banks, and vendors.

Run official errands such as bill payments, courier pickups, and submissions on behalf of the office.

Assist the admin team with day-to-day tasks and office support work.

Ensure timely delivery of all items with proper acknowledgement and signatures where required.

Maintain a log of daily tasks, deliveries, and pickups.

Handle basic office support duties when not on field assignments.

Coordinate with team members for urgent pick-up and drop requirements.

Requirements

Must own a personal bike with a valid driving licence.

Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi and/or English.

Knowledge of local city routes and areas.

Punctual, honest, and physically fit for field work.
