Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team and handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.

This is a non-target-based customer support role. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product and order-related queries while ensuring a polite, professional, and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Assist customers with product and order-related queries.

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and compatibility.

Help customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department.

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills in Hindi and fluent English.

Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.

Good basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customer calls professionally and calmly.

Comfortable working from the office.
