Mechanical assembly

Experience with screws, spacers, fixtures, and torque tools

Soldering skills

Fine-pitch soldering (often RF connectors, feed points)

Clean, low-loss solder joints

Cable & connector assembly

Coax cable preparation

SMA / N-type connector termination

Use of hand & power tools

Vernier caliper

Drills, torque drivers

RF Testing & Measurement Skills

Test equipment operation

Vector Network Analyzer (VNA)

RF Power Amplifiers

LCR Meter Multimeter

Reading & Documentation

Engineering drawings

Mechanical drawings and tolerances
